*Title: *Serena Dimensions CM Process Analyst *Location:* Chicago, IL *Contract Length:* 2-3 Months *Rate:* $65/Hr *Responsibilities:* - Required to fill the role of a technical resource responsible for conducting Proof of Concept for Serena Dimensions CM, in conjunction with Rational RequisiteWeb, Rational ClearQuest and Rational Application Developer. - Responsible for designing the final solution, tweaking configurations to help maximize performance and facilitate process.* Responsible for documenting the steps taken during the project to configure, setup and architect the ALM solution involving SCM and Build Management tools. - Responsible for designing, documenting and executing a thorough test plan to evaluate the capabilities of the SCM and Build Management tools suite. - Responsible for documenting final recommendations regarding the tools used in the POC. *Required Skills:* - Knowledge of SCCM (Software Configuration and Change Management) for distributed systems. - Serena DimensionsCM, Serena Business Mashups, Rational ClearQuest, CVS, Rational Requisite Web - Ability to design systems using Serena tools in a cross-platform environment that would track and manage requirements from initial request to deployment using a single repository. - Thorough knowledge and track record of windows and Unix scripting as well as using DWS, AIWS/CI commands in creating specialized custom projects for Distributed Web and Portal application that will be deployed in a websphere environment. - Thorough knowledge of authoring and modifying XML scripts to create or modify build configuration in Dimension Build. - Ability to design performance enhancement in a Dimension application server, using Privilege Caching and optimized utilization of dm configuration files. - Ten years of experience in Source Control Management.
