The objective is to create and deploy a new module in the current iClick application with the functionality to process AP Invoices that will support the US firm’s GSS India operations as well as GSS Dalian Far East Area processing. The iClick application will be updated with the following functionality to process AP invoices: •Create a form for entering check requests. •Create required workflow (with customized E-mails.) •Select valid Vendors and request new Vendor set-up. •Handle Special Requests, Rush, and Record Only invoices. •Update security to filter user access to data based on BU and/or Area. •Perform currency conversions. •VAT processing •Multi-Language - allow the use of local character sets to input free form data. •Create interfaces from GFIS for Vendors and Currency tables and create a standard EDI feed GFIS AP Payments via the Global Interface System •Create reports to monitor/audit GSS performance metrics. 2. Ariba Invoice, Java, AML, Web servers, Application servers, Oracle database 3. Day to day tasks Development and configuration of Ariba delivered software to meet technical and functional specifications including the creation or modification to eForms, workflow engine, and interfaces to GFIS (the global finance information system). 4. Ariba Buyer, Ariba Invoicing, JAVA, Oracle 10G, AML, WebLogic Soft Skills: Written – to read, understand and document development and configuration changes Communication – to highly collaborate with technical project leads and developer peers Attitude – to have a commitment to the project to maintain timelines, deliverables; to support non-confrontational collaboration 1. Desired Educational or Professional Candidate background? (i.e., BS Comp.
