Strive for cost effective solutions with appropriate level of uptime. · Manage the team to implement and support Web components; integrated with external partner components using emerging development technologies. · Provide expertise/guidance/considerations on the balance of speed to market against long term maintainability. · Assume the lead responsibility in the architecture design and creation of web-based consumer products. · Develop long-term strategy product development · Perform systems analysis, design, programming, systems integration and testing of online apps · Provide functional & technical expertise/guidance to peers and other teams · Create project plans, business requirements documents, technical specifications, test plans, technology and development standards, & release guidelines · Troubleshoot complex technical problems, manage release problems, and resolve data problems · Lead by example & act in hands-on development capacity to mentor team members *Requirements* · Prior experience leading and managing developers in the design and implementation of WEB based consumer-facing products in either .NET or Java environments. · Knowledge of point of sales systems, retail/grocery systems, and/or coupon industry a plus. · Previous experience with implementing packaged software for customers.
