Requirement 1 - Location - Herndon VA Developer II performs medium complexity (i.e. application modules) analysis, design, development and unit testing of software applications from user requirements and design documents. The candidate also resolves defects encountered during various testing cycles. Candidates who have worked with Securities Environmentment are a big plus Requirement 2 Business Objects Developer - Dallas, TX About the Organization: The Single-Family Technology group supports the development, implementation and maintenance of all Single-Family systems. Our goal is to effectively respond to the technology needs of the Single-Family Business and lead the development of the next generation of technology platforms. There are six primary groups that make up SFT: § Automated Underwriting Technology § Committing, Acquisition, and Delivery Systems § Servicer and Investor Reporting Systems § Credit Loss Management Systems § Single-Family Technology Planning § Single-Family Technology Business Management About Credit Loss Management Systems (CLM): CLM is the Credit Loss Management Systems group. We support the Single-Family systems that help Fannie Mae manage the risk of credit loss. Our group partners with the National Property Disposition Center (NPDC), which manages the foreclosure process; the National Underwriting Center (NUC), which is responsible for Quality Assurance; and the National Servicing Organization (NSO), which handles default management. About the Team: The CLM Quick Strike team is responsible for development and support to assist the NPDC, NUC and NSO business partners with critical needs to address the significant growth delinquency and foreclosure activity. This team is currently defining a platform for rapid development of tactical solutions as well as a process to integrate these solutions into the long-term architecture for CLM. The team is also responsible for re-platforming existing end-user-developed applications onto a more robust infrastructure. About the Position: The Application Developer will work in our Dallas site, responsible for report development and universe design using Business Objects in support of multiple Credit Loss Management initiatives. Additional work may be required to create new design patterns and templates based on new business requirements.
