Role: Business Analyst Rate: $45/hr
Location: San Jose, CA Duration: 3 mos+ We are looking for a candidate who will be working with the business to determine overall solution design. Understands and applies knowledge of the complexities and interdependencies of business processes. Thorough knowledge of specific function within MEQ IT (Sourcing, Planning, Demand Management, ECM, PLS, Quality, etc.) Strong written and verbal communication skills. Partners closely with business owners. Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Ability to identify and resolve issues in a team environment. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years experience on Reverse Logistics. Good knowledge of Oracle Apps Returns Processing/Receiving/Inventory Management/ Order Management. Experience in writing use cases, functional specifications document, test cases, etc. Data analysis experience (writing SQLs etc.). Experience in working with Subject Matter Experts and re-engineering business process. 3-5 yrs Experience on Data Warehousing/Business Objects, (BOXI experience a plus). Ability to multitask and balance multiple projects on the portfolio. Experience in working with business on road mapping activities. Test Planning and test coordination .
