*Job Summary*
The individual will be leading the system design and analysis for
development projects in the *Reference Data Applications* in the Client
Applications team. In this role the individual will work with the project
managers, business analysts and lead programmers to define technical
solutions and roadmap for implementing business requirements in our
applications with a strong focus on scalability, quality and application
integration with the downstream consumers of reference data.

*MinimumRequirements:*
* *
· Must Have excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills as this
person will be interacting with Product Managers and the Marketing team.
· *Strong understanding of Investment Management industry, with
specific domain expertise in Reference Data - Preference will be given to
those that have Reference Data exp and have ideally worked in a Marketing
group within an organization. *
· Minimum *7 years experience as a systems analyst*
· Minimum *3 years experience in Data Management*
· Strong *Oracle SQL skills*
· Experience in the design of n-tier applications and architectures.
· Experience with *SOA architecture* will be a huge plus.
· Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong application and process management expertise and
experience. Iterative methodology (Agile)
· Strong client relationship, communication and analytical skills.
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related
discipline
