We currently have 9 states in production and available to consumers. We need to roll out the site to the remaining 33 states we write cycle business in. Technical skills Skills by Priority Version *R*equired or *D*esired *L*ight *M*edium *H*eavy Java - This would include understanding frameworks, security, web services, and unit testing. NA Required Heavy AJAX and JSP – Needs to have a good working knowledge of client side programming. NA Required Heavy Must be able to understand technical design documents and work independently and with other team members, including developers and business analysts, to complete the tasks. NA Required Heavy Communicate effectively. The candidate must be able to be understood over a conference call. The candidate must be able to communicate technical thoughts and ideas. NA Required Medium Follow Sentry Coding and Design Standards. The candidate should be able to quickly learn and adapt to Sentry Coding Standards. NA Required Medium Code and Design Reviews. The candidate should be able to describe how code and design reviews work, their benefits, and their own experience with these reviews. NA Required Medium Testing. Be able to explain in detail the types of testing they have used, how they have used testing to help them develop code, and how the testing process should work.
