*Duration: 9 months* *Rate: $30-33/hr to consultant. 37.5 hours per week* At least two (*2) years web development experience*, including *extensive experience developing dynamic content*. A strong digital portfolio showing sophisticated *web design and development work.* Broad-based knowledge, encompassing areas such as *usability and interface design; basic Web skills, such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript; Web 2.0 skills, including Ajax; server-side technologies, such as PHP and Ruby on Rails; databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle or IBM's DB2.* Strong communication skills (listening, speaking, writing) and problem-solving abilities to work with *diverse faculty/staff/student clientele.* Knowledge of and experience with *the Linux Command Line*.
