*Description:* The UAT Coordinator must have working knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server Database environments, must demonstrate ability to interpret relational database models and must be able to identify referential integrity, key, domain, and range constraints given a relational database model and data export. The UAT Coordinator must demonstrate the ability to write complex queries using SQL against a relational database and must have an understanding of query execution plans and the impact of indexing techniques on the efficiency of the query executions. The UAT Coordinator will be required to demonstrate understanding and experience with relational database ETL and data cleansing concepts and must have the ability to interpret and implement business rules through database constraints. The UAT Coordinator must demonstrate experience with HP/Mercury Test suite of tools and have experience writing and evaluating successful functional, unit, and scenario test scripts. Position Responsibilities The UAT Coordinator will work with the Crossroads Consortium UAT Director and the Virginia WIC Technology Team, under the general supervision of the Virginia Crossroads Project Coordinator to coordinate and ensure the completion of Virginia data conversion tasks according to the Virginia Data Conversion Plan, a subset of the Crossroads Consortium Data Conversion Plan. The UAT Coordinator is also responsible for the completion of Virginia UAT tasks according to the Virginia UAT Plan, a subset of the Crossroads Consortium UAT Plan. The UAT Coordinator will develop feasible data conversion and UAT execution plans as subsets of and within the requirements and constraints of the overall Crossroads Consortium Data Conversion and UAT Plans. The UAT Coordinator will apply the Virginia Data Conversion and UAT plans to ensure that tasks which must be completed by Virginia are successfully completed and submitted to the Crossroads Consortium UAT Director on schedule according to the Virginia Data Conversion Plan in order to meet the overall requirements of the Crossroads project plan. The UAT Coordinator will attend all data conversion meetings and learn the WICNET and Crossroads relational database schemas while participating in data conversion coordination. The UAT Coordinator will provide timely answers to questions about the current WICNET application posed by the Crossroads UAT Director and will document, monitor, and manage all data conversion and UAT tasks and issues using the Crossroads JIRA issue management system. The UAT Coordinator will identify and procure facilities for UAT training and UAT and will manage procurement of UAT environment hardware and software. The UAT Coordinator will identify, coordinate, and prepare UAT participants. The UAT Coordinator will also ensure all UAT participants have necessary access rights to perform UAT. The UAT Coordinator will develop unit, functional, and scenario test scripts. The UAT Coordinator will also evaluate and approve Crossroads Consortium UAT testing processes including test procedures, issues reporting, result validation, and regression testing. The UAT Coordinator will facilitate communication with external interface contacts to complete preparation activities for testing. The UAT Coordinator will validate UAT and interface testing results.
