*Job Description:*
This project is to integrate 3 company codes on 3 different applications
(SAP and 2 others) onto a single SAP platform. We need an onsite lead
(Level 8 +) for the PP module. The resource will also need to have
secondary QM/PM skills. The resource is expected to start onsite from May
15th. Project duration is 10 months. Location is Charlotte, NC, USA.
*Skill-sets for the onsite PP LEAD role: *
* Experience in
Configuring the production planning / manufacturing modules.
Continuous and discrete manufacturing environments.
MRP.
Capacity Planning
Configuring production / process orders as well as order
confirmations.
configuring and executing material availability checks for
production.
Batch management / lot tracking.
Interfacing SAP to MES systems
Product Costing
Setting up BOM's, Routings, and Recipes
* Understands integration between Production Planning / Manufacturing, SD/MM
modules
* Advanced planning and optimization (APO) experience is a plus.
* Develop and document as-is/to-be business processes, configuration
scripts, and other associated technical specifications from end user
requirements
* Develop interface requirements
* Assist in the facilitation of end user training and system documentation
* Interface with end users to ensure system functionality is effectively
enabling business processes
* Develop the process scenarios and test scripts
