Required Skills: * Minimum 5 years current or recent work experience in J2EE, JSP, HTML, JavaScript, XML, JDBC, SQL, J2EE Patterns, and STRUTS. * Proven experience with development of design requirements, design, test, documentation, and implementation of systems and programs. * Good problem solving and debugging skills. * Effective written and verbal communication skills as well as analytical ability.
