The chosen individual must have a good working knowledge of business processes and how they can be applied to an end to end ERP PeopleSoft solution to facilitate integration within an organization. Primary responsibilities include: · Gather business requirements (required) · Define / re-engineer business processes (desirable) · Perform Fit Gap Analysis and provide recommendations for "gaps" (highly desirable) · Conduct conference room pilots to demonstrate the PeopleSoft application (nice to have) · Document Functional Specifications for interfaces, conversions, customizations and custom reports (required) · Configure PeopleSoft module(s) · Create Unit Test Scripts and conduct unit testing (desirable) · Strong communications with business clients and with Project Manager *Qualifications:* This position requires considerable Hands on PeopleSoft expertise, knowledge and consulting experience.
