Create high level functional design. * *·** **Develop project proposals, Use Case development and analysis. * *·** **Develop and execute test plans with the QA resource. Provide support to Project Manager to ensure projects meet required timelines and deliverables. * *·** **Facilitate meetings and communication with users and technical associates * *·** **Ability to Prototype using XHTML/CSS * *Qualifications:* *·** **The ability to create positive and professional business relationships with business and technology. ** Excellent follow through and initiative. * *·** **Strong analytic and problem solving skills. * *·** **Strong verbal and written communication skills that non-technical end users can understand. * *·** **Ability to present ideas and information in group settings. Facilitate group discussion and build consensus. * *·** **Demonstrated knowledge and experience in requirements gathering and development. * *·** **Proficient in developing Use Cases. * *·** **Knowledge of the full software development life cycle. * *·** **Familiarity with relational database design. * *·** **Minimum 4 years experience in business/systems analysis * *Required Skills:* *The most important skill set is Ability to Prototype using XHTML/CSS.
