Required Skills: a.. In-depth knowledge and experience of Change Management tools / techniques / methods b.. Demonstrated real-world experience in providing enterprise-wide organizational change solutions by conducting organizational assessments, designing new organizational structures, and developing and implementing organizational transition plans, communication plans, and training plans c.. Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, communications and time management skills d.. Ability to collaborate with various teams and builds strong relationships e.. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment f.. Proven ability to effectively implement organizational and process changes g.. Experience in service-oriented organizations required. h.. Bachelor's Degree required, with preferred Major in an analytical field i..
