The System Analyst will deliver project deliverables that include, but are not limited to, SPIS Requirements using DOORS, Project Solution Alternatives. Depending on the Alternative selected, the System Analyst will be expected to develop high-level design process models, write functional specifications, and develop a test plan that includes a test strategy and test cases, training strategy and user manual, and an implementation plan. This project's solution will include use of GIS All-Roads database. Preference will be given to candidates who have any GIS experience. *Special Functions:* **Basic Any GIS experience or exposure. *Desired:-* Int. Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies. * * *Required* Basic Ideal candidate will have specific knowledge of Fujitsu Macro scope SDLC deliverables. * * *Desired Advanced Experience* capturing and defining project requirements. *Required* Int. Experience documenting a complex business process, performing gap analysis, and facilitating development of the "to-be" business process and conceptual data model. * * *Required* Basic Knowledge of government agency processes used to delivery transportation improvement projects is desired. * * *Desired* Basic Understanding of Transportation Safety Analysis principles. * * *Desired* Basic Ideal candidate will have experience with using DOORS or a similar Requirements Management software.
