Position: Oracle CRM Functional Analyst

E-business, CRM 11.5.10.2 experience)
Description:
Provide functional analyst role in the Oracle Call to Resolution process
area. Responsibilities include:
. Provide Industry Leading practices related to Oracle E-Business
Suite application
. Possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle's E-Business Suite
Application in the area of Call to Resolution
. Must be an expert in 11.5.10.2 CRM modules including Service
Requests with some rel 12 experience
. Assist in gathering requirements and defining Future State
processes based upon global business requirements and industry leading
practices
. Facilitate acceptance of process and setup decisions within their
domain
. Prepare user training documentation
. Create, review, approve and communicate application setups
