*Position                       : Service Desk Analyst-L2  *

*Job Description/Skills Required:*



- Have hands on experience working on *MS Exchange, Blackberry, LCS & AD*.

- Trouble shooting alerts *generated by monitoring tools, Backup failure,
mail flow NDRs.*

- Trouble shooting end *user blackberry hand held problems such has delay in
receiving mails, not receiving mails, device not working, no
synchronization. *

- Trouble shooting *LCS end user problems. *

- Patch testing and deployment.
