*Work Location:* Jacksonville, FL (Locals or Nearby FL)
*Duration:* 3 Months Corp-Hire
** *Rollover salary:* 65-75K

*Interview Type:* This requires an in-person interview and candidate will
have to test before interview before proceeding to interview on SQL
questions.
*Candidate must be Citizen, EAD or Green Card. *
*GENERAL DESCRIPTION:*
- Install and maintain all versions of SQL on a single server or a cluster
and correctly configure the server based on standards and requirements of
the process owners.
- Design and implement maintenance plans which enable full recovery of DB
systems in the event of a disaster.
- Tune all database servers using both Microsoft and third party tools when
necessary.
*WORK EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES:*
- 3 or more years of IT work experience working with SQL database management
systems in database design, testing, implementation,maintenance and
administration in a multiple platform environment.
- Experience supporting SQL server 2005 and 08 to include install, storage
and maintenance capability.
- Must have a good knowledge of network operations with respect to SQL
server, IP, Ports, named pipes etc.
- The ability and desire to automate all SQL server tasks where possible.
*EDUCATION GUIDELINES: *
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other
related discipline. Or equivalent work experience.
