Imm interview for suitbale profiles.. share profiles to [email protected] Role: *Microsoft Engineer cum Tester (Lead)** *Location: Washington DC Duration: 8-10 Months *Project Overview * We are looking for a *Lead SDET* (Software Developer Engineer in Test) to lead a new team within HSG focused on delivering the promise of high quality and reliability of our deployed solutions to our customers. This involves working with our customer implementation teams on building scalable and robust processes and tools to test the quality of our deployed products and generate the correct feedback loops into the product development. It also involves bringing the understanding of our diverse customer environments and scenarios back into our core test suites. This position demands experience of an SDET on an enterprise scale product as well as the ability and passion to work directly with customers and partners. The team lead will play a pivotal role in HSG interfacing with many other teams and be responsible for building a critical part of the engineering team as we scale out our customer base. *Must Have Skills* • Strong Experience with *C#, SQL* • Should have strong exp. with *Unit Testing *around Web based Appn. • Industry based test background • Proven track record as Lead • Good testing skills*( UI, OM, Backend).* Any experience with Test Automation framework, e.g. RPF will be an added advantage. • A BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline is required. • Good programming fundamentals. Knowledge of data structures etc. • Excellent knowledge of test methodologies and techniques. • Good communication and interpersonal skills *Nice to Have Skills** *• Previous experience of working with MS. • Test/dev experience on the Healthcare IT products.
