Responsible for system configuration and for any tasks that arise within an application project. Provides software and application solution expertise according to resp. modules / products and legacy systems (as required). Responsible for his/her consulting delivery and quality. Specific knowledge in the · SAP CS module, contract management and billing. Knowledgeable in SD is required. · Analysis, Configuration, Customizing and testing of solutions, following application standards and providing feedback to the Team / Management Reconciliation of any fixes of issues of technical / application expertise and any re-classification as Global- or Software Provider-related issues. · Updating of the configuration, specifications and other technical documentations and support end-user documentation. · Executing of module testing / internal testing.
