Title: *ArcGIS Lead with Electric Utility exp.* Engagement: 10 months+ Location: Phoenix, AZ Rate: Open Minimum Required Experience and Skill Set: • 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, implementing enterprise GIS. At least 2 years in *Electric Utility* • 3+ years of experience developing/supporting *ESRI's ArcGIS* Desktop and Telvent Miner & Miner's ArcFM. • Strong experience in managing ArcSDE database on Oracle in AIX Environment. Including managing databases with subtypes, domains, topologies, replication and geometric networks. • Integration experience with external/Non-GIS application (like Maximo/CAD/Outage Management). • Good knowledge of ESRI Web technologies like ArcGIS Server and ArcGIS Engine. • Strong communication skills.
