Position:* SAP HR Functional Consultant* Location: IL Duration: 6 Months 1) Work with Business Leads and SAP Analysts to clarify requirements 2) Ability to take the requirements and convert it into Functional specs with a team at Offshore 4) Be the SPOC for Intelligroup Functional work managing the offshore Functional team Need resources that are proficient in* SAP HR configuration* in the areas of Benefits, Time Management, Time Evaluation, and Travel & Expense Management. Should have at least 5 years experience with 4.6C and prefer at least 1 year in ECC6.0. This person should be able to take direction of what areas to be configured which includes Benefits Administration including all plan types. They should be able to configure for the ESS version to support Benefits Open Enrollment. They should be proficient with the many features that drive the eligibility, enrollment, and costs necessary for the employee population. Time management experience should include the ability to configure attendances, absences, absence quotas, and work schedules. They should have experience with Time Evaluation schemas and rules. In Travel & Expense Management they should have experience with both the configuration to support the functionality through transaction TRIP in R/3 and the Web Dynpro web based solution. This should include areas like event types, symbolic accounts, and web dynpro configuration. The ideal onshore resource would know all the above areas but at least two.
