*Position: SR. Cherwell Administrator/Architect*

*Location: Dublin, OH *

*Duration: 6 month contract with extension*

*Mode: Phone and Skype*


*Need :- gc and citizen *

*Must Haves:*

·         *5-7 years of experience in IT best practices such as Change
Management and Service Desk Support.*

·         *Strong understanding of ITL and ITSM toolset and framework.*

·         *2 years of experience with Cherwell ITSM Software.*

·         *2 years of Architect experience in any IT Field.*

·         *Strong understanding of server, storage, and networking
technologies.*

·         *Expert knowledge of IT functions, processes, operations,
configurations, project management methodology, systems testing and design.*

·         *Expert knowledge of DR planning for SaaS Solutions, LDAP. *

·         *Expert knowledge of Windows OS, Command Line, Services, Tasks,
Event/Log, and Registry.*

·         *Expert knowledge of Batch Files, Command Files, and SQL.*

·         *Expert knowledge of Networking (TCP/IP, UDP), PCI-DSS, Web
Browsers, and Internet Protocols.*

·         *Strong Communication and Analytical skills.*

·         *Relaxed and patient individual with strong people skills.*



*Plusses:*

·         *Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related field.*

·         *Project Management Experience.*

·         *Experience with gathering requirements for processes.*



*Day-To-Day:*

·         *Collaborates with various internal teams to understand critical
business processes and translate that process into an ITIL format input
into the ITSM tool.*

·         *Directs and maintains the work stream and sets the priority for
items as approved, quality checked, optimized, implemented and maintained.*

·         *Directs and educates product update information in various forms
including forecasts, reporting, notices and formal and informal education
session planning. *

·         *Participates in team development of processes for problem
determination which ensures maximum systems/services availability and
enhances the productivity of staff members.*

·         *Mentor and supervision of Jr. Staff and sets expectations for
key milestones for development goals as well as supporting project tasks.*

·         *Responsible for outlining and communicating team driven
initiatives and innovation to management for internal and business aligned
teams.*

·         *Responsible for collecting and maintain PKI related performance
metrics as required by management.*
