View things from the customer perspective, “would they be able to use it?” vs. “did it pass the test?”* *b. **Product owners are used to being told what to do. They need to be encouraged to think/act independently on behalf of the customer* · *Quality: automated testing is “a mess”. They are using Rally, Selenium, Jekins, and Github. Knowledge of these tools will be useful for any candidate.* · *They are moving off of HP testing tools* · *NO Microsoft project experts. This is undesired technology/thinking.
