Position: Workforce Developer Location: Richmond, VA Duration: 12 Months Workforce Developer Technical/Functional Skills • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. • 3+ years of experience workforce software development role. • Experience with application configuration. • Experience in working with a proprietary programming language. • Strong SQL and XML skills. • Familiarity with business applications and the Microsoft Office suite. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Works well as a team member or individually. • Knowledge of HR, Payroll, or Time & Attendance is an advantage. • Logical and technical mindset for analyzing problems and identifying root causes.
