Superior knowledge of the various SQL platforms including DB2 and Oracle. Superior ability architecting and documenting complex large scale systems incorporating packaged and custom applications. Superior ability in conceptual, logical and physical data modeling through use of a data modeling tool. Superior knowledge in Encryption/Decryption data implementation. Superior understanding of various data staging approaches for integrating data, persisting data for recovery/audit and loading a data warehouse. Superior knowledge of enterprise level service-oriented architecture and familiarity using services to capture upstream events passed via an enterprise service bus into a data warehouse. Superior planning skills with an ability to lead, teach and mentor the team in best practices. Superior communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently, work in a fast paced environment, and manage workload prioritization to deliver high quality work products on time with minimal direction. Demonstrated collaboration skills with the ability to handle conflict and to work with a distributed team.
