•          15 plus year’s IT and HR background, Recruiting, Talent and
Performance, Onboarding, Benefits and Payroll. Around Three (3) years of
Workday Core HR/ HCM/Compensation/Payroll/Benefits/Talent/Performance
Management experience, which include one full life cycle project
implementation and production support experience. Hands on experience in
Using Enterprise Interface Builders (EIB), Core Connectors Workday
Calculated Fields and Custom Reports, PICOF and DT(Document
Transformations) and  minimal Workday Studio

•          Configured business processes  for Workday Core, Benefits,
Talent Management, Time

Tracking, Absence and Leave.

•          Designed and configured Workday Business Process for Job change,
Propose Compensation, Termination etc.… Well versed with multiple
configuration options in staffing, compensation, benefit events, time
off/leave events, talent management events.

•          Provide production support to HCM users and employees:
troubleshooting and resolving functionality and data integrity questions;
educating/training users on navigation, functionality and reports;
troubleshooting and modifying business processes; updating security;
resolving integration issues.

•          Worked with different staffing models, defining hire
restrictions to job management, position management and headcount
management.
