Under direct supervision, assists in the analysis, design, programming, and
modification of computer programs for software products and/or customer
applications. Writes code and completes programming, testing, and debugging
of applications. Finalizes forms, procedures, and documentation needed for
installation and maintenance of application programs. May interface with
marketing and users to add new or custom features to company products.
*Typically
requires a technical degree in Computer Science or related discipline. 4 - 6
years of experience.*

*High Level Job Description as Requested:*
Responsible for developing User Interface using *SAP NetWeaver Web Dynpro
for Java (WD4J) and integrate the User Interface with SAP NW BPM/BRM and
Backend systems (SAP ECC or Oracle DB)*
*Detail Job Description*
*• Assist Development lead with WDP/CAF/DB development on SAP NW CE 7.1 Java
Platform.
• Perform detail design from high level requirements and produce
documentation for review and approval.
• Should be able to integrate with backend using RFC, JEE, Web Services.
• Get code peer reviewed and make modifications per the feedback
• Document code dependency & request migration across environments
• Develop test plans, create datasets, perform testing and document test
results
• Write control process scripts to trigger/schedule jobs
• Analyze defect and fix code per SLA with business teams*
*Essential Skills*
*• Strong skill set in Java/J2EE development.
• Must have hands-on experience of development on NW CE 7.1.1 feature set
i.e. CAF, EJB and Java development
• Strong skill set in integration of Java WebDynpro with SAP NW BPM
• Knowledge of SAP business suite and development methodology
• Should be able to develop on UNIX environment and develop UNIX scripts
• Must know how to work in team development environment using NWDI
• Should understand software development life cycle and best practices for
SAP Development
