Job Title*: Java or.NET Developer / Sharepoint or Documentum* Job Location: *Commack, NY (preferred) but can work in Jersey City, NJ also* . *NEED LOCALS* Travel Required: *No* Overtime Required: *No* Position Type: *3 months Right to Hire, client will sponsor H1s* ** *Face to face required, local preferred* *Job Description:* * * *Should have 3+ years either Java or .net development and at least 2 years of Documentum (preferred) but will take something with a few years SharePoint as well.* * * *Responsibilities:* · Responsible for Service management activities including service requests, problem management, change management and Knowledge management for systems in Regulatory and Compliance area. · Develop and support of Content Management System based solutions and ASP/.NET technology-based web applications under the guidance of Technical Architect or Technical Manager. · Creation of technology deliverables for validated and non-validated applications in accordance with Forest’s SDLC Methodology. · Development of install and test scripts in accordance with the compliance requirements associated with validated applications. · Assist Business Informatics Management team in the capture of client requirements and translate them in the technical specifications. · Assisting peers in the Technical Application Services team in resolving production-level issues and providing technical guidance on troubleshooting and fixing defects. *Experience: ** *** - Hands-on experience in designing and developing solutions based on one of the following technologies: ASP/.NET or Java/J2EE, XML, HTML, Javascript, Oracle/SQL Server. - Fundamental database development skills in Oracle or SQL Server are mandatory. - Basic UNIX administration skills are mandatory. - Strong Documentum fundamentals and 1-2 year of hands-on experience in support and configure of Documentum products (5.x & 6.5 x) including Content server, Index Server, Webtop based solutions, DCM based solutions and other components. - Through knowledge of web application architecture and deployments and experience in deploying Documentum-based web applications in a standard J2EE-based application server (Tomcat, WebLogic etc). - Experience in the following Documentum-specific programming constructs: DFS, DFC, WDK, API, DQL and other tools. - 1-2 years of experience in application design and development. - Experience developing solutions in the R&D area of pharmaceutical industry is a plus. - Familiarity with software development life cycle methodologies and standard concepts, best practices, and procedures of web development - Familiarity with ITIL methodologies is a plus *Education: * - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related area preferred. * * *If you are comfortable with the above requirement please send me matching resumes to **[email protected]* <[email protected]>* along with the below details. * * * 1.
