Business Analyst - Auto Loan Origination System Gap Analysis Support
The Business Analyst will assist the project manager(s) in creating and
writing business requirements. The BA will contribute to and lead discussions
related to cross-functional process improvements. Responsible for developing,
editing and tracking requirements, specifications, business processes and
challenges related to the proposed Auto Loan Origination System (and interfaces
included). The BA will communicate deliverables, timeframes and recommendations
to the Auto Team and communicate status, risks and issues to Senior Management
as necessary.

Ability to multi-task easily while prioritizing and flexible to change
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Extremely detail oriented
Ability to deal with tight timelines, limited resources and still deliver
on time and within scope
Ability to facilitate and coordinate meetings in a effective manner
Ability to perform collaborative problem solving with the Auto Team
Exhibit confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry
practices when solving business problems
Exhibit detailed knowledge of Auto Origination Processes or generic Loan
Origination Systems
Has designed, developed and implemented processes and procedures for
standard business requirements writing.
Technical Knowledge:
Business Analyst
Experience with MS: Access, Excel, Project, Visio, Outlook and Word
People Management:
Provide technical support and coaching to team members
Strong command of English Language
