*Purpose:*



The Workday  Business Analyst for HR will be responsible for analyzing
complex business problems in order to solve them with automated systems and
will also be responsible for designed details for automated systems in order
to make them more efficient.



*Principle Accountabilities:*



The IT Business Analyst for HR will be responsible for:

·         Providing application configuration for Workday application

·         Configuring the application maintaining organizational structure,
workflow, structural authorizations, organizational reporting, maintaining
matrix management, and expatriate administration

·         Providing fit gap analysis, business process re-engineering,
configuration, data conversion, application integration, testing, rollout
and post-implementation support.

·         Providing business analysis and requirements gathering skills with
proven ability to think outside the box and find simple solutions to complex
business problems.

*Requirements:*



·         Bachelors degree with 5-7 years experience in designing, building,
and implementing HRIS Applications.

·         Business process knowledge in two or more of Personnel
Administration , Organizational Management, Absence Management,
Compensation, Benefits Administration, Payroll/Time Integration

·         One complete, full life-cycle global Workday application
implementation.

·         Ability to analyze business requirement and provide solutions

·         Experience with creating functional design and integration
specifications, working with technical resources

·         Experience with preparation and support of system, integration and
user acceptance testing

·         Knowledge of enterprise integrations using web services, SOA, XML,
desirable

·         Technical experience in design, development, and implementation of
web based IT Applications.

·         Experience with multinational features and requirements.

·         Strong verbal and written communications skills.

·         Ability to work in diverse fast paced environment collaborating
and building strong relationships with varying team members.
