Should have prior experience of understanding technical platform and interfaces and can create High level and low level design documents b. Should be able to figure out various technical integration points within a large application 2. Great analytical skills 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 4. Prior development and design skills on following technologies: a. Java/J2EE b. Middleware technologies like IBM Enterprise Service Bus is really a plus c.
