Location: Kansas City, MO
Start: 9/14/2010
End: 6/30/2012
Rate: $60 to $65 DOE
*Tasks to be performed: *
The SAP ABAP Developer is responsible for providing application development
tasks to meet business process requirements as defined by our business
needs. This position is responsible for the design and development of ABAP
programs, reports, user exits and interfaces. The developer provides
assistance with the analysis of ABAP change requests, including the
interpretation of functional requirements and development of ABAP programs
according to specifications.
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
Bachelor’s degree in IS or IT
Minimum 3 years work experience in an IT analyst role
2 years of applicable experience in ABAP/4 programming in R/3 version 4.6
and/or higher
2 years of applicable experience in the following areas:
Experience in PI(XI) , workflow, or portal development
Integration tools such as LSMW, BAPIs and IDOCs
ABAP reporting techniques including ALV grid
ABAP user exit customizations including BADIs and the Enhancement
Framework
ABAP EDI
SAP ABAP/4 development tools such as ABAP Data Dictionary, ABAP
Editor, Area Menus, Function Builder and Business Object Builder; SAP SMART
Forms
ABAP Object Oriented programming
ABAP Screen Painter and PAI/PBO Flow logic and/or WebDynpro
knowledge
Computer programming aptitude/skills, analysis and researching
skills, excellent communication skills, strong technical skills, customer
service focus.
Ability to meet multiple deadlines and resolve issues.
Ability to work in virtual teams.
