*Title : Oracle Forms Developers
**Openings: 1 Technical Lead, 2-3 Developers** *
*Contract Length : 1 Year *
*Location : East columbus*
*Rate** Range** : Open*

*Technical Lead will join the project towards the end of the Gathering
Requirements stage.*
*Must be able to ask a lot of great questions at this point*
*(Developers will start a little later in the project)*

*Lead will be cross functional. They will manage the project and help
mentorthe other developers but they will also develop themselves.
They will be
working on an application doing design, development and testing. They will
help Drive tasks.*
* *
*Technical Skills:*
*- Oracle 10g*
*- Oracle forms development 10g and 6i (versions not that important)*
*- WMS v8*
*- (retek) RDM v8 (retek distribution - completely customized)*
*- (retail) RWMS*
*- All interfaces are XML - need to be fairly strong working w it out of
oracle*
*- MQ Series -> would be a plus, 2 mini projects are integrated w other new
systems*
*- Supply Chain, Ditribution, WM, Functional and Business understand (4 yrs)
*

*Soft Skills: someone that doesn't need to be micromanaged, someone that has
the mentality to find the issues on their own,*
*someone that is free thinking and vocal - will tell the manager when issues
come up!*
* *
*Need to have some flexibilty with their schedule, longer days may happen.
Tech lead needs to have very good communication skills, but the developers
can have less than perfect.*
