Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
7years of Experience managing large high profile projects
7 years of Experience with information systems implementations and
acceptance testing
7 years of Experience interfacing with all areas affected by the project
including stakeholders, program/business/relationship managers, vendors and
end users
7 years of Experience developing and delivering presentations
Strong Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and
choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis
Strong Understanding of IT principals, including lifecycle planning,
estimating and architecture
Strong Level of general management skills including, but not limited to,
leading, negotiating, communicating and team building
Strong Verbal and written communication skills
Strong Vendor management skills
Strong Facilitation skills
Preferences:
Years Skills/Experience
5 Project management certification
5+ Knowledge and experience integrating COTS (Commercial off-the-shelf)
solutions with the Mainframe
