Manager is looking for Tier 1 end user support, doing engineering of
desktop, need citrix experience
Experience with VMWare View required. ThinApp a plus. Other software
packaging products may be substituted. Citrix experience required. Candidate
will work with end users on SR. Will work with Business sponsors on new
requirements, develop desktops and applications packages, publish and
support infrastructure
*Support 1000 user VDI infrastructure. Candidate will work with end users on
service requests. Will work with Business sponsors on new requirements,
develop desktops and applications packages, publish and support
infrastructure. Experience with VMWare View required specifically must have
experience deploying pools, maintaining, patching images. Experience with
Windows 7 & XP (customization for VDI). Expertise in ThinApp a plus. Other
software packaging products may be substituted. Citrix experience required.
Experience with PowerShell scripting and other programming languages a plus.
Excellent trouble shooting skills in the areas of VDI, DHCP & DNS.*
