*Rate: $40*
This contractor will support both the IT and Business departments, so the
preferred candidate would have experience with both. However, experience
should be more heavily weighted on the Business side. Strong communication
skills are extremely important in this role. Candidates should have very
strong experience with Hyperion and Excel.
*Business Analyst III is responsible for leading the** **functional
requirements** **gathering team. The candidate works directly with** **internal
customers** **to understand the** **business environment** **and needs.
Identifies relevant design, process and specification issues. Functions as a
liaison between the business and development teams to resolve requirement
issues. Prepares UAT Plan, test cases and results. Must have proven** **track
record** **interfacing with business and technical customers to develop
Hyperion Planning solutions. Must have demonstrated skills using Excel
Essbase Add-In and Smart View. Knowledge of corporate budgeting a
forecasting practices a plus.** **
Must have's:** **
- Strong experience with Hyperion** **
- Strong experience with** **MS Excel**, Word, PowerPoint** **
- Strong experience with Rational Requisite Pro** **
- Over 5 years of BA experience** **
- Excellent** **communication skills** **
Preferred Skills:** **
- Mortgage/Financial Services Background** **
- Knowledge of SDLC** **
- B.S. Business, Finance or IT*
