Strong knowledge on Windows 2000 & Windows 2003 and 2008 including Active Directory. 2. Should have good knowledge & troubleshooting skills on MS Clusters, Windows Load Balancing 3. Excellent O/S troubleshooting skills 4. Should have expertise in backup products like * Netbackup , Tivoli 5. Expertise in WINS, DNS, DHCP & TCP/IP protocol suite and command line utilities 6. Scripting knowledge such as VB Scripts, Perl etc will be an added advantage 7. Should have worked with OEM hardware (IBM/HP), & remote connectivity tools( ILO / RILO / Avocent) 8. Should have worked with more than one patching & antivirus tools ( SCCM , SMS , SHAVLIK , Norton , Mcafee ) 9. Should be aware of RAID concepts and disk management tools. 10. Candidate should have knowledge and work experience on VMware ESX virtual infrastructure Candidate should have work experience under ITIL standards. 11.
