Specific Tasks:
· Conduct a thorough health check and analysis of the environment
· Evaluate and analyze the current implementation and make
recommendations for service level and technical improvements, including
storage recommendations
· On-boarding of Customer resources via on-site knowledge transfer
and hands-on training
· Creation of new virtual machines and templates
· Physical-to-Virtual (P2V) server migrations
· Execute VMware vSphere™ Methodology Test Plan; generate VIM Test
Report
· Provide knowledge transfer, mentoring and training for the
Customer team
· Provides weekly status reports on projects and tasks
· Manage new support tickets with VMware support and potentially
other vendors involved in issues.
