Automotive SW Engineer Ft Wayne, IN 6+ months *Phone Hire* *45/hr C2C* *Scope of Work:* -Define problem assumptions, boundary conditions, and design requirements for embedded code based on product needs. -Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. -Test and Report on embedded code in peer review function -Lead and contribute to code validation and debug in real-world application -Coordinate as appropriate with suppliers, manufacturing, and other engineering personnel to develop the information required to complete assigned engineering projects -Participate in and lead project reviews -Resolves complex issues in creative and effective ways. - Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. -Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. - Determines methods and procedures on new assignments, and may provide guidance to other personnel.
