Development Lead
Position Description
Lead pool of 10+ developers
Manage workload and defect/SIR resolution
Serve as a key member of the leadership team for the project
Skills Description
Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9x functionality required from a
technical perspective required
5+ years of PeopleSoft development work required, 8+ years preferred
Previous involvement serving in a key development role on at least one large
PeopleSoft application upgrade project required
Previous experience working with highly customized HCM systems including
systems where Payroll COBOL programs have been modified
Experience leading a PeopleTools 8.5x development effort strongly preferred
Previous experience with PeopleSoft ELM 9x preferred
Previous experience with PeopleSoft Portal preferred
Strong SQL knowledge and development experiences on Oracle databases.
Public sector HCM experience preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to review/refine technical designs
that developers produce
Experience as a user of Quest Stat or Phire PeopleSoft configuration
management tool preferred
Experience creating estimating for change requests and other enhancements
Previous experience building interfaces using Integration Broker,
application messaging, and/or web services
