Position: Cognos Resource Location: Farmington hills,MI Duration:: 3 months Skills Required: Proficient in Cognos 8.41 (and beyond), Dashboard Reporting, Standard Reporting, Report Optimization, Strong SQL (MS SQL Server) Working experience and understanding of MS OLAP Cubes Working knowledge of Cognos OLAP reporting, Cognos OLAP query performance tuning Good knowledge of JavaScript usage in Cognos reports. Good problem solving and debugging skills Effective written and verbal communication with strong analytical skills Contractor would be responsible for the development of Cognos 8.41 Reports, Dashboard Reports and enhancements to existing reports along with the Data Analyst Team. Effort will include working with team members to define and develop reports and dashboards based on existing reports. Contractor will help develop reports based on current standards and best practice.
