*Title : Oracle Clinical Programmer Location : Austin, TX Duration : 3+ Months * *Must-haves Must have at least 2-3 years of technical experience setting up clinical trial databases Strong experience in Oracle Clinical database design and development Experience performing Edit Checks Experience creating Case Report Forms SQL programming experience as it pertains to Oracle Clinical databases Excellent understanding of the clinical trial/pharmaceutical industry Create data cleansing tools to be used to validate data accuracy * *Plusses experience with MediData Rave experience with Phase Forward Central Designer experience in C# programming Day-to-Day An Insight Global client needs a contractor to join their data management team to participate in clinical database programming. Once new clinical trials are awarded, the data management team programs new databases in Oracle Clinical to be used for studies. Set up clinical trial databases at the beginning of new studies. Particiipate in design and build activities of Oracle Clinical and/or Phase Forward. Participate in the test cycle and perform edit checks/rules to compare data points and consistency. Run daily checks/queries to study sites for review.
