*HR Solution Architect *

*Core Skills*

·         Should have a minimum of 10 - 14 years in IT with leading
organization (preferably Big 4 consulting)

·         Should have sound knowledge in SAP Solutions  in more than 3 areas
of PA,OM,Benefits,T&E,ESS&MSS,Recruitment and Payroll and should be able to
integrate them to  customer needs

·         Should have Implementation experience in atleast 2 region (
US&Cananda, Europe, LATAM, APAC)

·         Should have experience in leading workshops, business users group
during requirement capture phase, understanding of AS-IS Processes and
defining TO-BE business processes

·         Should have good understanding of Industry Trends, and should be
able to design future & foolproof solution involving multiple applications

·         Should have good understanding of the Industry Best practice and
should be able to align customer practices with best in class industry
processes

·         Should have good experience of all the key HR Process

·         SAP solution architects should be able to assess client’s needs
and propose solutions, and should project a confident and capable corporate
presence.

·         Should have at least six to eight large end to end project
implementation experience out of which at least four should be large
business transformation projects involving business change management

·         Should have good foundation in IT Project methodologies

*Desired *

·         Functional Consultant Certification from product vendor for e.g.
SAP Certification

·         Should be able to interact with CXO level team i.e. CIO, CEO, CSO
etc.



JD - FICO



You should have excellent functional experience in Finance and controlling
for about 3-5 yrs of which you should have at least 2-3 years of SAP FICO
module implementation experience with hands on exposure to *Asset Management
*. You need to have good skills in communication, presentation and have
excellent consultancy flavor. Exposure to new dimensional products like SAP
CRM, SAP EBP, SAP BW, SAP APO, Internet technology will be an added
advantage.



At Wipro Technologies you would be required to have a good understanding of
the Finance and controlling function of the client organization. You will be
directly interacting with the client and the key users, involved in scoping
studies, suggest solution through SAP, train the key users, and configure
SAP FICO module. You should have excellent knowledge of documentation,
quality, user training and macro analysis.



JD – MM



You should have excellent functional experience in the Materials Management
department of a large organization for about 3-5 yrs and have 2-3 years of
SAP MM module implementation experience or should have worked as an End
User, Core User and Power User for 1-2 years, SAP certification will be an
added advantage. You need to have good skills in communication, presentation
and have excellent consultancy flavor. Exposure to new dimensional products
like SAP CRM, SAP EBP, SAP BW, SAP APO, Internet technology will be an added
advantage.



At Wipro Technologies you would be required to have a good understanding of

*Funds Management:*

·         Organizational structure and master data

Funds center and commitment item

Funds, functional area, budget structure, funded program

·         BCS – Budget Control System

Budget planning

Budget categories and budge types, budget versions, and budget transfers

Availability control

Earmarked funds, orders, cover eligibility, integration with the modules MM,
FI, HR, CO, PS, SD, and PM, cash desk business transactions, fiscal year
change

·         Reporting

Reporting tools, maintenance of information systems

*Grants Management:*

·         Master data: Grantor, grant, expenditure and revenue types,
grantor programm, fund

·         Lifecycle of a grant: from the project idea to the final report

·         Budgeting, availability control; revenue to increase the budget

·         Integration with the modules CO, FM, HR, AA, MM, and SD

·         Billing, calculation of grants from the sponsor

·         Grants in foreign currency

·         Cost sharing between recipient and grantor
