Experience in Business Objects would be a huge plus. • Experience with activating and enhancing SAP delivered CRM extractors for both mater and transaction data. • Experience with real time reporting in CRM using BI Virtual Info Providers and SAP delivered CRM reports. • Must have experience with Business Document (BDoc) Business Add-In (BAdI) to enhance the CRM DataSource. • Experience in ALE/IDOC, BAPI/RFC, BADI in the CRM environment. • Deep understanding of transaction and master data architecture in SAPCRM. • Must have a strong ABAP experience in the CRM environment.
