I need a Sr DBA for my client in Los Gatos, CA to assist with MySQL and
Oracle database performance tuning and monitoring. Must have expert level
knowledge in MySQL 5x, complete understanding of different engines like
InnoDB, MyISAM related utilities and tools mysqlslap, mysqladmin etc. The
ideal candidate will be proficient with partitioning and clustering in MySQL
and Oracle, this person should have strong knowledge of Oracle 10g RAC and
Data Guard as well.
Rate is $75/hr Corp to Corp for 6 month + contract and can start as soon as
July 25, 2011.
