Position is focused on developing content management workflows, templates, internal administrative tool and also implements, maintains, documents and provides second level production support primarily for Oracle Universal Content Management system. Successful candidate will work closely with website subject matter expert to convert web sites from content management system into Oracle UCM. Position provides 24x7 technical support for oracle Universal Content Management system and is responsible for supporting key infrastructure systems to provide content management services for intranet and internet sites. Additionally, the successful candidate will be cross trained to support other key systems in Web Technologies portal, and content management support team. The position will assist with vendor relationships and problem management with internal end users, managing and expertise supporting teams. Required Experience / Skill Set: 3+ year’s experience in enterprise content management system. Experience to include administration, Configuration, debug and management of products and infrastructure support.
