POSITION REQUIREMENTS:: a) The candidate should have the following competencies at a minimum: a. Over 6 years of IT Experience in Developing web applications, smart client applications and system software development. b. Over 4 years of development experience in .NET framework, Visual Studio.NET, ASP.NET <http://asp.net/>, ADO.NET <http://ado.net/>, VB .NET, desktop applications c. Working knowledge of PL/SQL coding and database architecture for Oracle or any RDBMS database d. Experience in the complete system development life cycle (SDLC) of multiple enterprise-wide web based applications e. Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft .NET architecture best practics and Object Oriented Programming concepts f. Should be a good team player with strong independent abilities, abilities to guide, lead, and adapt new skills, and optimistic and energetic personality that can both work well with others and independently. g. Good communication skills (verbal and written) 3.
