Details:
SAP CS production issue resolution and related documentation
Instruct users on best practice in CS
Responsible for developing functional specification
Testing of new solutions as needed.

Skill Set:
Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills, including any
media type (face-to-face, teleconference, internet, etc.)
Excellent ability to understand, analyze, and explain complex business
issues and problem, and present possible solution in post-production
environment.
Excellent customer service, including Helpdesk and issue resolution
Production issues resolution experience (minimum 1 year experience)
Excellent understanding of CS business processes (including
Maintenance/Service Contracts (SDI, WBS), Call Out Service, Repairs
Processing (internal, external), Installation Processing, Preventive
Maintenance, Mobile Solution), and their relation with other SAP modules
(e.g. SD, PS, MM/WM, FICO, HR), and ability to understand process
complexities and propose improvement options.
Excellent knowledge of SAP CS module configuration and functionality or
global template experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience in CS as functional consultant, with at
least 2 years' full life cycle project implementation experience.--
requirements definition, customizing, developing functional and technical
specifications, testing, and end-user training including on-site support.
Excellent ability to work with and understand ABAP/4 code, BDC, LSMW,
SAPscript, SmartForms, Dialog Program, ALE, EDI, IDoc and Workflow.
Integration aspects to related SAP-modules is a must, e.g. MM/WM, FICO, HR,
SD, PS.
Strong ability to understand and troubleshoot interfaces between SAP and
external applications.
Extensive knowledge of Customer Service, Plant Maintenance configuration for
the SAP R/3 system.
MTO+E scenarios for Customer Service module integration with Sales.
Repair / Refurbishment process for Spares and Finished goods.
Familiar with E-Switch Mobile solution for Field Service.
Set up of Installed Base, Equipment records and Functional Locations.
Inter company Order Processing with Work Orders and Purchase Requisition
from the Customer side to the Service Order, Service Notification and
Billing on the Service Provider side.
Shipping Order, Shipment Information and Feedback Configuration in TM/3 add
on for SAP R/3
