Job Title: Sr. QA Analyst Duration: 6 month with a possible extension Location: St. Louis, MO The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of experience. MUST HAVE; . TEAM LEAD EXPERIENCE . 8-10 YEARS OF QA . EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS . SDLC/ APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT QA IN A JAVA ENVIRONMENT EXPERIENCE Qualifications: . Industry certifications (CSQA, ISTQB, CSTB, Six Sigma, etc.) a plus . 4 - 10 years experience in 1 or more testing disciplines with commercial business-oriented software applications . Ability to work independently and with a team . Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail . Excellent communication skills . Ability to provide both detail information and also summarize to a management level . Tenacity; ability to work through problems and reach a solution . Ability to learn large complex systems . Ability to work in ambiguous situations . Ability to setup and maintain test environments . Strong leadership capabilities . Strong planning capabilities . Proven problem-solving and technical debugging skills . Understanding of software quality management principles (tracking, analyzing, reporting, problem resolution and training) . Understanding of software development and maintenance processes and methods. . Understanding of project management principles and techniques as they relate to software project planning, implementation and tracking. . Flexibility; Ability to be hands on or lead based on the situation . Bachelors degree or equivalent experience . Proficient in the use of commercial QA test tools to include HP Quality Center, HP Loadrunner, HP QuickTest Pro. . Knowledge of testing .NET and JAVA applications. . Ability to work with resources in remote locations if needed. . Bachelors degree or equivalent experience . Experience in the industries of healthcare and/or education a plus.
